Well, we just wrote that we hadn't seen these pom poms before, and then we find another top with them. So maybe we have a bad memory, or maybe they are the new thing. Either way, we think they are cute. On the Live In Love Top by Joie, there is a drawstring at the wide neck with the tassel detail. There's also the same drawstring and tassels at the cuffs of the short sleeves.
