We love the name of this next top, the Nancy Happy Print Blouse by Joie
. It just makes you smile! We adore the print as well. There is pleating at the scoop neck, a single button and key hole at the bust, elbow length raglan sleeves, and gathering at the elastic cuffs. It is semi-sheer too.
