Luciana Top by Joie
The Luciana Top by Joie has a similar look to the Emerson Top from earlier this week. But this one has a gingham-checked pattern throughout that sets it apart. There is also a split V-neck, ten buttons down the front, ruching and pintucks at the front, pintucking, ruching and two buttons at the cuffs, and 3/4 length sleeves. It is sheer and 100% silk.

Shirting Tunic by Splendid
The Shirting Tunic by Splendid is a great shirt for work. It has woven trim and a woven front panel, a fold-over collar, split V-neck, pintucks at the faux placket, a patch pocket at the bust, a shirttail hem, and long sleeves. It is semi-sheer, long at 29 inches, and available in navy, white, and black.

Geo Lace Top by Free People
Start your spring wardrobe off with this cute shell. The Geo Lace Top by Free People has ribbed and sheer lace panels, a scoop neck, ruching at the bust, ribbed banding at the scoop neck and unfinished arm openings, scalloped edge at the bottom hem, and no sleeves. It comes in ivory and hot fuchsia.

Daphine Top by Joie
We like the delicate floral print of the Daphine Top by Joie, and it has some nice spring colors in it too. This blouse has a ruffled drawstring and ruching at the wide neck, a keyhole at the bust, gathered elastic banding at the hem, ruching and a single button at the cuffs, and 3/4 length raglan sleeves. It is short at 21 inches in length, 100% silk, and sheer.

Necklace Halter Top by Milly
The Necklace Halter Top by Milly is a swingy paisley top with a beaded necklace and ruching at the scoop neck. It also features an asymmetrical hem, ruching at the back, and spaghetti straps that tie behind the neck. It is lined, long at 28 inches, and 100% silk.
Emerson Top by Joie
The Emerson Top by Joie looks simple from afar, but up close you can see the eyelet detail at the placket and hem as well as the pintucks at the bust. This blouse also has a single button closure at the neck, eight buttons at the front, two buttons at the cuffs, ruching at the shoulders and cuffs, and 3/4 length sleeves. It is also 100% silk.

New Tees 2.23.10
We haven't gone over the new t-shirt designs that have been released in a few weeks, mostly because we haven't been inspired by most of them. Here is a quick update on the few we did like.
Threadless has rereleased designs Tree, Secret Love, Lil' Soap, A Caged Bird Dreams, and A Bubbly Beginning. Top new designs include Glou-glou, All We Need is Love, Sakura Box, and Ariel.
Then over at Glennz Tees there is a new funny design, Silencer.
We The Free Striped Ebb and Flow Jacket by Free People
If you like open cardigans, you should take a look at the We The Free Striped Ebb and Flow Jacket by Free People. While it is actually a jacket, it does look like an open cardigan. It is made of a French terry, has stripes throughout, an asymmetrical fold-over collar, draping at the placket, an exposed zipper, an asymmetrical hem, a 2.5 inch strap and pleating at the back, button-tab detail at the cuffs, long sleeves, and unfinished edges. It is available in two colors, ivory and grey.

We love tops like the Drape Long Sleeve Top by Vince. They are simple enough to wear with so many different bottoms, and they are not boring. This blouse has a scoop neck, draping at the front, and long sleeves. It is long at 28 inches and available in two colors, ash and coastal.
Katie Top by Joie
The bold colors of the floral print on the Katie Top by Joie is the first thing that caught our eye, but there are some great details to this blouse as well. It features a crew neck, 19 buttons at the front, pintucking and pleating at the front and back, ruching and a single button at the cuffs, and 3/4 length blouson sleeves. It is sheer and 100% silk as well.

Bad As Hell Clothing
Bad As Hell Clothing is a new t-shirt company with an edge. Some of their designs are a little frightening for our taste, but they also have some very pretty designs, such as the Minimalist Tee. All of their designs are printed on American Apparel tees and are available in women's sizes as well as men's.

We think the Navigator Top by Nanette Lepore would be an adorable blouse to wear to work, but it'd go great with some casual pants too. Support the Efforts in Haiti with the Red Cross Store
Like many people, the Shirt Snob quickly donated to the Red Cross after the earthquake in Haiti. Unfortunately, the people of that country will need help for years to come, and they will need the money to do so. Another way to support the Red Cross is to buy from their store. We were lucky to review many Red Cross shirts a few years ago, including some sold at Threadless. Unfortuately, the Threadless tees are all out of stock, but there are still many great items in the Red Cross Store. Their Vintage Tee is still one of our favorite go to t-shirts, very comfortable and durable. If you would like to continue to support the Red Cross in their efforts in Haiti and in other parts of the world, this is a great way to do so!
