We recently discovered Gorjana Jewelry, and we are so happy we did! They have a bunch of beautiful and unusual pieces that we are longing for! Some of our top picks are the Bali Tear Earrings, the Willow Cuff, the Shadow Circle Earrings, and the Bali Ring. Many items are available in both silver and gold, which is great for us because so often we'll discover something we love available in silver, and the Shirt Snob only wears gold. Drape Cardigan by Splendid

We're written about cardigans similar to the Drape Cardigan by Splendid in the past, but we can't get enough. This one is a great cover up for fall. It has long sleeves, large banding at the front edge, and is quite long. Wear it with your summer tanks or with a cute fall top! It's available in black, coffee, ivory, and smoke.

Tori Top by Samantha Treacy

If you want a dressy sweater, the Tori Top by Samantha Treacy is one to consider. It has metallic stripes throughout, a wide neck, and 3/4 length bell sleeves. There's also a metallic lining underneath.

New Tees

More new tees out at Busted Tees yet again. We can barely keep up with them! They are Nuke the Whales, Recipe for Disaster, and Denmark's the Spot.

Nerdy Shirts has come out with two new designs for pre-order, both for Flight of the Conchords. If you aren't watching this show, you must start. It's hilarious. The tees are Mutha Uckas and Business Time. There's also videos on each page in case you aren't part of the joke.

The Ryde also has 43 new designs for women. Yes, that's right. To be honest, while their designs are cute, they all sort of look the same to us, so we aren't too sure which ones are new. But go check them out if you haven't yet.

Hooded Pom-Pom Cardigan by Catherine Malandrino

Last November, we found a sweater that reminded the Shirt Snob of one that our mother wore back in the 70s. And now we've discovered another one that reminds us of it too. If these two were mixed together, it would be that sweater! We can't help but love this sweater as it brings back lovely memories. The Hooded Pom-Pom Cardigan by Catherine Malandrino is a cardigan with pom-pom detail throughout, a single button at the neck, and popcorn knit banding at the front, hood, and cuffs. It's made out of lambswool and angora, so it's quite warm and perfect for the upcoming winter!

Silk Cotton Mini Swing Jacket at Max Studio

The Shirt Snob doesn't think she's ever seen a jacket as cute as the Silk Cotton Mini Swing Jacket at Max Studio. It has satin collar, cuffs, and belt, pleats at the waist, 3/4 length sleeves, a hidden snap closure, rounded neck, and texture throughout. It's also fully lined. It's both flirty and refined at the same time, which is probably why we love it so much!

The Short Sleeve Rib Yoke Sweater by K.A.7 by Katayone Adeli is another great top to wear over your summer camis. This lightweight sweater is semi-sheer, has a rolled bottom hem, short puff sleeves, and ribbed yoke at the shoulders. It's available in white, nude, and midnight.

Pleated-Up Tank by Geren Ford

What is so wonderful about the Pleated-Up Tank by Geren Ford is that it's a bit forgiving in the stomach area. This silk tank has a scoop neck, hidden side zipper, thick straps, and seam detail throughout. And we love the silver color!

Charmeuse Dita Top by ingwa; melero

We're written about the Charmeuse Dita Top by ingwa; melero before , but it's back, and this time with two new colors combos: champagne and wine. It has a hidden zipper, lace tie at the back, ruching at the empire waist, spaghetti straps, and underwire bra detail. If you missed it the last time, you're lucky that you can buy basically the same thing with fall colors!

Long Sleeved Tunic by Kara Janx

We must admit that when we watched her season of Project Runway, we were not huge fans of Kara Janx. But she has certainly proven herself since starring in the reality tv show. The Long Sleeved Tunic is one great example. The top has a kimono wrap design with contrast banding at the V-neck, large banding at the waist, and a similarly colored tie at the front. $10 sale at Threadless

Yesterday started the $10 sale at Threadless. Get over there quickly, a lot of tees are selling out fast. They also came out with some new designs as well. The Tuxedo Tie Top by Lia Kes is the perfect top for the board room as well as for drinks after work. This blouse is slightly sheer with pleats at the front, five mother of pearl buttons down the front, raw edges, slight ruffles at the cap sleeves, and a tie at the front.

No one does a wrap like Diane von Furstenberg! The Graciela Wrap Top is a silk wrap with a tie at the waist, smocked banking at the back, smocked collar and cuffs, long sleeves, and pleating at the waist. We think the bright blue color is amazing too!

Short Sleeve Top by Graham & Spencer

We love how simple yet pretty the Scoop Neck Short Sleeve Top by Graham & Spencer is. There's a scoop neck with ruching and elastic banding, unfinished hem at the bottom and the cuffs, and cap sleeves. If you like this, you may also like the Short Sleeve Top too. The neck is a little different and there's a print, but it's pretty similar other wise.

Shadow Flower Cami by Splendid

The Shadow Flower Cami by Splendid has a cute flower print that we think would be fun for this fall. The bodice is loose fitting and flowing, there's a ribbed neckline, ad it's lightweight. It is also very similar to the Mulberry Print Tank we wrote about in June.

It seems that most organic clothing for women is in the form of t-shirts. So we are glad to discover the Organic French Terry Tailored Jacket by Stewart + Brown. Accessory Friday-Hostess Aprons

If you enjoy being a hostess and entertaining your friends and family, you definitely need a cute apron to protect your clothing. We've discovered some great ones at Wishing Fish. The Shirt Snob is partial to the Baby Blue Mocha Apron and the Pink Paris Hostess Apron, but there are a bunch of others as well. Wear one when you're cooking for friends or just thinking about it (maybe while reading I Like You, a great hostess book by Amy Sedaris!).

Here's a bit of a departure for us. Normally, a print like the one on the Flutter Blouse by Charlotte Ronson would not appeal to us, but for some reason we really like it. Maybe it's because it's full of fall colors, or maybe because it just looks comfortable. Either way, we really are fond of it. This blouse is 100% silk, has ruching at the cuffs and wide neck, a tie at the back, and 3/4 length sleeves.

The Shirt Snob isn't usually a big fan of turtlenecks. We hate to have something close to our necks. But the Puff Sleeve Turtleneck by Jamison is so unusual and interesting that we had to show you it! Made of 100% cashmere, it has pleating at the front, 3/4 length puff sleeves, and ribbed banding at the cuffs. Atomic Madhouse

Atomic Madhouse is a new tee company that uses comic book sound effects and catchphrases for their tees. The lined just debuted last month so you probably won't see too many people wearing their tees yet. We think they are cute and hope they come out with more designs in the future as well as actual picture of their tops and not just drawings. Our favorites are BLAMM!, AAARRGGHH!!, and Devil Girl.

We don't really understand the name of this next one, the Combat Jacket by Rag & Bone. It looks pretty feminine to us, not at all like one's ready for combat wearing it. No matter where the name came from though, we do love it. Made of mostly wool, it has a single button closure at the front, button flap pockets at the hips and bust, long sleeves, solid trim at the edges, a double vent at the back, and is lined.

The Silk Bamboo Empire Top at Max Studio is such a sexy, flirty, and fun top, you're sure to have a blast wearing it. There's an empire waist with shirring, striping in the crinkled silk and bamboo, and thick straps so it's bra strap friendly. It's also silk lined.

The Shirt Snob usually is not a big fan of mesh, but this is definitely an exception. The Beaded Tunic by Rebecca Taylor has mesh banding at the neck and straps with beads that is not too over the top or annoying. There's also ruching at the bottom hem, thick straps, and inverted pleating at the front.

Isabelle V Neck Top by Ella Moss

We only show you our favorites on Shirt Snob, but Ella Moss always seems to design the favorites of those favorites. The Isabelle V Neck Top is definitely no exception. This blouse has crochet banding at the deep V-neck, back, bottom hem, and cuffs which gives it such a feminine appeal. There's also short dolman sleeves and smocked banding at the empire waist. Accessory Friday-The Bandana Belt

The Shirt Snob is a big fan of belts, so we were very excited to discover the Bandana Belts over at American Pig Brand. Paisley is one of those love it or hate it patterns, and while we aren't usually a big fan of them on most items, we think it works quite well on these belts. Available in brown and cream, black and white, white with black, and cream with brown, these belts also have an engraved wood face, and is 1.5 inches thick.
