Combo Cami Tunic by Rebecca Taylor
The Combo Cami Tunic by Rebecca Taylor
has such an amazing print on the bodice that we are so excited to show it to you. It's a floral print with the background color different than the rest, making the flowers jump out a bit. There's also a satin bodice, double button closure and keyhole at the back ruching at the empire waist, thick straps, and a lining. It's available in charcoal and silver.

Blocked Flutter Sleeve Tunic at Max Studio
The Shirt Snob finds the Blocked Flutter Sleeve Tunic at Max Studio
to be quite a flattering blouse. It has an obi sash at the empire waist which creates a flared shape, kimono sleeves, crossover V-neck, shirring at the waist, zig zag stitching, and is 100% silk. It'd look great with a bunch of different bottoms, and we love the teal color.

This Week at Threadless
Another week of Threadless tees, and we are much happier with the winners than last week. Our top picks include Hidden, Pretty World Inferno, Wanted, Nerds 22 Ever, and Marshmallow Factory.
Glenmorangie Blouse by Vena Cava
We're still trying to figure out the straps of this next top, the Glenmorangie Blouse by Vena Cava
, but regardless of that, it's definitely an interesting top. Made of 100% silk, it has contrast banding and buckle detail at the bust, ruffle trim below the banding, slits at the sides, and a hidden zipper. As for those straps, they attach via buttons at the bust and go behind the neck from which there are back straps. So from the front it looks like a halter and from the back, more like a tank.
Chunky Marled Sweater Coat by Juicy Couture
The Shirt Snob has always been a big fan of sweater coats, and we are happy to have discovered the Chunky Marled Sweater Coat by Juicy Couture
. This cable knit sweater has five buttons down the front, a tie at the waist, a shawl collar, pockets at the hips, and 3/4 length sleeves. It's available in dark grey and greystone.

Parochial School Shirt by LaROK
Ties for women never really took off, and we are pretty glad about that. But here is a cute take on it. The Parochial School Shirt by LaROK
is a button down blouse with a V-neck, button patch pockets at the bust, cuffs at the short puff sleeves, and a small removable tie at the neck. It's available in graphite and white.

is a silk and cashmere mix with a belted waist, shawl collar, and short sleeves. It is semi-sheer and available in blue and grey.

Accessory Friday-Max & Chloe
Sometimes the Shirt Snob feels like we live under a rock. We'll discover a site and wonder how we ever lived without them, how we have gotten this far in life without ever heard of a place. This is the case for Max & Chloe. They are the ultimate accessory shop, selling bags, both fine and fashion jewelry, and a ton more. After quickly browsing their site, we've already discovered a ton of things we want. If you like to shop all at once instead of perusing many different stores, this is the place for you. We see a ton of pieces that we want! If you are in need of jewelry and bags, definitely consider them!
Ilonka Sweater by Theory
The Shirt Snob is starting to get a little sick of the hot weather, and we are looking forward to wearing heavier clothes again, especially sweaters. The Ilonka Sweater by Theory
certainly has us excited for the winter months. This cropped sweater has short dolman sleeves, a ribbed funnel neck, and lighter colored stripes towards the bottom.

Newport Stripe Top by Ella Moss
No one does stripes like Ella Moss does. The Newport Stripe Top
is yet another great example of this. It has a solid upper and sleeves and stripes throughout the body and at the hem of the sleeves. There's also slight ruching at the high waist, ties at the sleeves, and a V-neck. If you like this blouse, you will probably also like the Huntington Cami that we wrote about back in June.
Shauna Top by Theory
The Shauna Top by Theory
has such an unusual print that will certainly help you stand out in a crowd. Made from 100% silk, it has short sleeves, ruching at the bust, and ribbed wool trim at the neck and cuffs. Once again, we've fallen for a black and white top!

Raven Top by Laura Dahl
While we wouldn't wear the Raven Top by Laura Dahl
as you see in the picture without anything underneath, we still do love the top. Made from a cotton and silk mixture, it looks a little nicer than your usual t-shirt. However, the large foil birds (one is also on the back) reminds us of many tees out there. This top also has metallic top stitching for a little bit of sparkle, a deep V-neck, and banding at the neck.
Lightweight Stretch Twill Blazer by Marc by Marc Jacobs
The Lightweight Stretch Twill Blazer by Marc by Marc Jacobs
is a fun jacket for fall. It's lightweight, 3/4 length sleeves, pockets at the bust and hip, a notched collar, and ruching at the back and shoulders. We love the color too. It's a little more interesting than many jackets out there.

Warning: Dirty Microbe
You may remember that Dirty Microbe sent the Shirt Snob a few tees for review back in January. Unfortunately, we have discovered via Tshirt Island that there are many unhappy customers. It looks like the company is charging credit cards and not sending out the tees. We are quite surprised and disappointed in the company. Last week we contacted them and asked for a response. We have yet to hear back from them. Therefore, we thought it wise to let you all know about the issues and to buy from them at your own risk.
Honeycomb Hoodie by Splendid
Hoodies that aren't cardigans aren't very prevalent, so we are glad to find the Honeycomb Hoodie by Splendid
. This one is semi-sheer with a drawstring at the hood, a V-neck with ribbed banding, banding at the bottom hem, and long sleeves. It's available in four colors: avocado, sunflower, navy, and white.

Not Much At Threadless This Week
New tees are out at Threadless, and we don't really like any of them. They do have two reprints that are ok, Poker Hand Values and You've Got Some 'Splaining To Do! Hopefully next week will give up some better designs.
Indian Embroidered Top at Free People
The Indian Embroidered Top at Free People is a real beauty. This sheer, mesh blouse has intricate Indian inspired embroidery with beading at the deep V-neck, floral embroidery throughout, a cotton cami underneath, ruffled cap sleeves and a tie at the back. There aren't many tops reminiscent of Indian culture, which is one with such stunning fabrics and details, so this is a real find in our opinion.
Layla Tunic by C&C California
The Layla Tunic by C&C California
is a great find. It is lightweight with raw edges at the sleeves, gathering at the rounded neck, and lots of crochet detail at the bottom. You can wear it with jeans or as a beach cover up.

Mesh V-Neck Tunic by Sweet Pea
Bluefly is probably my favorite place to get Sweet Pea. They have a ton of their tops there. We've just discovered the Brick Floral Mesh V-Neck Tunic
, which we htink is so cute. Made from a nylon mesh, this top has a crossover V-neck, ruching at the bust, and contrasting fabric at the empire waist, neck, and wide short sleeves. The floral print is quite lovely too.

Accessory Friday-Gadget Carriers at Mamadama Designs
Everyone has a cell phone and an iPod these days. How do you carry yours around though? We really like the Gadget Carriers at Mamadama Designs. Just large enough to fit your phone or iPod, these carriers have great fabrics, so you can carry your gadgets around in style. They also have a couple of small pockets to hold your credit card or cash and can be ordered with a wrist strap, button, or snap. Some of our favorites include Lovin Lotus, Brown Pink Paisley, Pink Wallflower, and Yummy Flowers.
Wrap Sweater at Armani Exchange
We here at Shirt Snob love wraps. Now that fall is quickly approaching, we are hoping we see more tops like the Wrap Sweater at Armani Exchange. This wrap has a long and skinny tie at the waist, knit detail at the sleeves, and ribbing at the sleeves and bottom hem. It's available in black and chili.

Deep V Neck Knotted Top by Zoa
Not everyone can pull off a top with such a deep neckline such as the Deep V Neck Knotted Top by Zoa
, but we still think it's a beauty. There's also gathering at the neck and the knot at the empire waist. It's available in black, white, bahama blue, gold, wild orchid, and blush.

New at Busted Tees
There are new tees available at Busted Tees. We really only like one, Soccer. Perfect for all of you Beckham fans out there!
Jersey Border Tunic at Max Studio
The colors on the Jersey Border Tunic at Max Studio
get us so excited for fall. This would be such a great top to wear in a couple of months before the weather gets really cold. This tunic has an empire waist with ruffles and embroidery, a crossover V-neck, 3/4 length sleeves, and banding at the cuffs and neck.
Strella Short Caftan by Rory Beca
The Strella Short Caftan by Rory Beca
is great because it has a few different styling options, and who doesn't like a bit of variety? The thick scarf ties around the waist however you'd like it, so you can do it high or low, wrap it a few times or have it hang down. There's also banding and ruching at the V-neck, 3/4 length sleeves, and it's 100% silk. This blouse is available in black, coral, deep violet, purple, teal, navy, and grey.

My Windup Bird
My Windup Bird is an independent tee company out of San Francisco. Their tees are hand screened and printed in small batches, so there's little chance of someone else having the same design as you. The company also donates a portion of each sale to humanitarian relief agencies. All this sounds great, but they also have some great designs too! The Shirt Snob's favorites are Mapbirds, Flowerbirds, Bacteria Collage Scoop Neck Tee, and Sutrobird. They also sell tees for men and babies.
Racer Back Tank by James Perse
The Shirt Snob isn't quite sure why we are so fascinated with the Racer Back Tank by James Perse
, but we really like it. Really, it looks like nothing special, but maybe it's simplicity and how perfect it'd be for a laid back day is what draws us to it. The tank is semi-sheer with ribbing, banding at the scoop neck and racer back, a rounded bottom h em, and vertical seam detail down the back. It's available in three colors: argento, black, and white.

New Tees at Threadless
As it's Monday, there are new tees over at Threadless. Our top picks are Mother Knows Best, Play, Video Games Ruined My Life, and the reprints Burnout and 7.00.
Striped Classic Puff Sleeve Top by Ecoganik
It took us a while to figure out what we liked so much about the Striped Classic Puff Sleeve Top by Ecoganik
, so we've put off writing about it for a few weeks while deciding if it was worthy of the Shirt Snob. But we have decided that it is because it is such a great mix of casual and girly. It's a t-shirt that's been dressed up a bit to be more feminine. It has puff sleeves, an empire waist, V-neck,three buttons down the front, contrast banding at the bottom hem, and a keyhole with tie at the back. It looks very comfortable, but much nicer than any of the tees in your closet.
Long Sleeve Knotted Top by Rachel Pally
The knot detail on the Long Sleeve Knotted Top by Rachel Pally
makes this ordinary blouse quite something. Besides the knot, there's also ruching at the V-neck, banding at the V-back, and long sleeves. It's available in black, cream, and midnight.

Jersey Appliqué Halter Top by Lotta Stensson
We love the yellow and brown combination on the Jersey Appliqué Halter Top by Lotta Stensson
, and we wonder why there aren't more tops with these two colors. This halter has a beaded floral design on the front, a deep V-neck, a tie behind the neck, an empire waist with an elastic, a satin tie at the natural waist, and a lined bust. It's quite a steal, get it before it's gone.
