The Willow Tank by Ella Moss would be perfect for the Shirt Snob. We adore all the ruffles that are out there right now, but when they are at our neckline, the look is a little overwhelming and we can't pull it off. But this halter has the ruffles at the T-strap at the back. There's also ruching at the scoop neck, gathered elastic banding at the back, and no sleeves. It is lined and 100% silk.
