Pleated Blouse by Milly

Paisley is hard to pull off on a top, but the Pleated Blouse by Milly is done right! This top has pintucking and a ruffle at the wide neck and 3/4 length sleeves. It is loose fitting, semi-sheer, and 100% silk.
