doesn't look like a T-Bags design at all as we've come to expect some bold and wild prints from this designer. But this top is such a stunner! There is ruffle trim and covered elastic banding at the sweetheart neckline, ruching at the bust, empire waist, and sides, an unfinished bottom hem, and thick shoulder straps. The bodice is lined too.
