White Rugby Stripe Tank by Splendid

The White Rugby Stripe Tank by Splendid is fun because it combines two of our favorite types of shirts. There are stripes throughout, solid banding at the scoop neck and square back, three buttons at the front, voile banding at the placket, and one inch straps. It is also semi-sheer.
