Print Short Sleeve Tunic by T-Bags

The Print Short Sleeve Tunic by T-Bags is very unique with the front and back almost looking like two different tops. The short flutter sleeves basically stop in the back, where the top makes a T. There's a cowl neck, ruching at the sides, draping and pleating at the back, and anunfinished edge at the cuffs. It is lined at the bodice and available in two different prints.
