Kerstie Top by Velvet

Velvet has been producing some great slinky tops lately. The Kerstie Top by Velvet definitely fits that bill. Besides the slinky body, there is a crossover V-neck, ruching at the sides, cowl back, unfinished edge at the bottom hem, thick twisted straps, and a lining.
