Striped Cardigan by Splendid

The Striped Cardigan by Splendid is a great cover up for your favorite tank or cami. It has a smocked elastic yoke, banding at the placket and cuffs, 3/4 length sleeves, and an extended front hem. Besides wheat/marine, it is also available in ebony.
