Bessie Top by Tart

We don't see many tops where the waist is at the natural waist, so we were excited to see the Bessie Top by Tart does have this. There's a deep crossover V-neck, gathered elastic banding at the waist, pleating at the shoulders, and cap sleeves. It is available in black and spruce.
