Zahira Top by Velvet
It's always hard to see details on black tops, but this one has some nice ones. The Zahira Top by Velvet
has ruching and a draped overlay at the bodice and tonal beading at the spaghetti straps which make it interesting. There's also a V-neck. Wear this tank with jeans or something more dressy, it'll work both ways.
