Double Bow Tie Halter Top by Rachel Pally

We discovered the Double Bow Tie Halter Top by Rachel Pally originally last October, but this year it's available in two different colors perfect for fall: sienna and mulberry. It has a tie behind the neck and another at the bottom hem with an open back. There's also three inch banding at the neck and ruching at the banding.
