Halter Tank by Cynthia Steffe

We like the orchid and pebble color combination on the Halter Tank by Cynthia Steffe. This striped knit halter top has pointelle detail at the top and bottom hems and a satin drawstring strap that ties behind the neck. It's definitely not for the bustier ladies, but if you aren't one of them, this would be a really cute top to wear.
