Jobi Top by Velvet

The Jobi Top by Velvet is one of the sexier tops we've seen recently. There's ruffle trim at the V-neck, atie at the bust, frayed edges at the ruffle and an unfinished edge at the bottom hem, elastic banding at the back and shoulders, ruffle trim at the cuffs, and short voile sleeves. It's available in two colors: cherry and silken.
