The Strapless Slip Top by Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent is a 100% silk strapless top with ruching and elastic banding at the top hem and smocked elastic banding and ruching at the empire waist. It's also semi-sheer. As of writing this, it's still available in four colors (black, white, yellow, and terracotta), but they won't be available for long.
