Lecia Top by Velvet

We haven't seen enough eyelet tops this year, so here's one that is super cute. The Lecia Top by Velvet has eyelet banding at the square neck and bottom hem, ruching at the bust and back, a single button and ruching at the cuffs, and 3/4 length sleeves. It's available in two colors: java and silken, although it's about to sell out.
