Eldoree Halter Top by Velvet

The Eldoree Halter Top by Velvet is a very sexy top. We really like how the straps come from the center of the neckline, as this makes it different than other halter tops. The straps also tie behind the neck, and there's elastic banding at the top hem, ruching at the bust, banding at the bottom hem, and it's lined. This top is also available in black, coast, white, and kumquat.
