We think the Short Sleeve Loose Top by MK2K would look great with a pair of skinny jeans or some other small bottom. It has ruching at the wide neck, seven buttons down the front, ruching and a drawstring tie at the bottom hem, elastic banding and ruching at the cuffs, and short sleeves. It's semi-sheer and also available in charcoal and white.
