Sleeveless Cowl Top by Vince

What drew us to the Sleeveless Cowl Top by Vince was the great colors. Both of them (coastal and steel) are so rich and inviting, making us wish we were wearing them! Made from a stretchy silk, this blouse has banding at the scoop neck, knife pleats at the bottom hem, and is sleeveless. If you like this top, you may also like Vince's Banded Top too.
