Erlan Top by Theory

The Erlan Top by Theory is pretty simple from the front, but the back is quite handsome. There's a tie and elastic banding, and it's rather open. The front has a wide neck top and seam detail at the empire waist. It's not too busy, but it's an elegant blouse.
