Tube Top by Rachel Pally

Last week we had a lot of cute Rachel Pally finds. Here's one more. The Tube Top is a simple strapless top with ruching at the bust and back and contrast banding at the top hem. It's available in two color combinations: black/white and midnight/kelly.
