Here is a cute bubble blouse that doesn't remind us too much of the 80s. The Jersey Knit Ruched Bubble Top by A.B.S.
has a crossover V-neck, ruching at the neck and empire waist, a bubble bottom hem, elbow length puff sleeves, banded cuffs, and pockets at the front. We love the sienna color, but it's also available in ivory and taupe
if you'd prefer something different.
