Empire Blouse at Max Studio

We've stared at the Empire Blouse at Max Studio for a while now, trying to decide if we love it or hate it. We decided that we do love it, but that the center is a little weird and probably not for everyone. The floral design at the empire waist is made up of sequins, beads, and embroidery. This blouse also has a V-neck with contrast banding, vertical pleats at the front, shirring in the back, 3/4 length sleeves, and is 100% silk.
