V Back Blouse by Rebecca Taylor

From the front, the V Back Blouse by Rebecca Taylor is a pretty top with pleating and banding at the neck. However, the back is just as beautiful. There's a V at the back, along with a tie and four buttons. This blouse also has short sleeves with banding at the cuffs and is mostly silk.
