Romia Tunic with Tie by Velvet

Not all great tops have to be busy and ornate. The Velvet Romia Tunic w/Tie
is a simple shirt yet quite elegant. It has raw cut sleeves and hem, banding at the scoop neck, 3/4 length sleeves, and a tie at the waist. It's a great blue/grey color too that we really love.
