Halter with Wooden Beads by Who Cares

This top is really fun, so even though you may not get a ton of use out of it with fall coming (unless you're lucky and live in a warmer area than the Shirt Snob), we decided we had to show it to you. The Halter with Natural Wooden Beads by Who Cares is made of 100% silk. There is smocked banding at the waist, small bow details where the necklace hits the blouse, and the wooden beads, which have a clasp in the back, act as the tie keeping the top on.
