Empire Tunic by Cynthia Vincent

The Shirt Snob can't get enough of the tunics this summer. There are so many beautiful and girly ones that we just want to buy so much! This one is certainly no exception. The Empire Tunic made by Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent is truly stunning. We think a lot of this has to do with the color and fabric. The sequined V-neck compliments the Spruce color of the top very well, and the silk gives the top a flowing, feminine feel. There is also a cinched empire waist, a V in the back, a dual layer at the botton, and ties at the cinched shoulders with pull ties so you can adjust the fit.
